Details
In the coffee world, a "cupping" is how we evaluate coffees for purchasing decisions, quality control, blend development, etc. But they are also social events in which our team comes together to compare notes, discuss flavors and aromas, develop our tasting notes, and generally talk all things coffee. For this event, our professionally trained team will cup through these select coffee offerings, discussing each step of the process, and evaluating the fragrance, aroma, acidity, body, flavors, etc.
